Eligibility

Participants' child(ren) for the 45th Annual Meeting of the Japanese Society for Immunology from 3 months old to 12 years old.

Nursery school hours

Dec. 5th (Mon), 2016
8：00〜18：00
Dec. 6th (Tue), 2016
8：00〜18：00
Dec. 7th (Wed), 2016
8：00〜18：00

Capacity

Approximately 10 / each day

Fee (tax included)

JPY500 per 1 hour / a child
*You will be charged for an actual cost for diapers, etc．and the extension fee (JPY 2,500 per 1 hour) other than open hours listed above.
*Please inform us of changes and cancellation by Nov. 20ty (Sun). We will charge full amount as the fee, if you cancel or change your reservation after closing date.

Belongings

  1. The identification card of parents (a health insurance card / a driver's license / passport, etc.).
  2. Application form （Please hand it to the childcare staff on your first day.）.
  3. ID badge (Name) card of Meeting participation.
  4. Lunch(when day care time takes at 12:00), Snack (when day caretime takes at 15:00), child’s formulas, baby bottle, a drink(Mineral water), diapers, change of clothes, towel, several pieces of plastic bags (for dirty clothes cases).

Meal

  1. We do not provide any meals at our nursery. Please pick up your child during lunch time or bring child’s meal so that we can assist eating.
  2. We serve only what you bring for meal, drink and snacks.

For parents

  1. Please take your child to the restroom before leaving him or her at nursery.
  2. Please be reminded we cannot accept your child when he or she has fever over 38 ℃, infectious diseases, is in poor physical condition, or is not being suitable for group nursery.
  3. In case of an emergency, the kid’s room staff will contact you through mobile phone. Please inform the childcare staff the emergency contact number by all means. Please take and pick-up your child/children punctually.
  4. The childcare staff cannot give any medication.
  5. Please take and pick-up your child/children punctually.
  6. Please put the names on all belongings.

Insurance

  1. We join the insurance in case of any accidents / injury. However, it is beyond the coverage if the accidents are not due to negligence of the sitter or in the case of force majeure.
  2. The 45th Annual Meeting of the Japanese Society for Immunology, conference secretariat, and Okinawa Convention Center do not to take any responsibility. Please sign and seal the application form if you understand.
